When you use our contact or pilot forms, we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, website URL and your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security.

We use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) to see which pages are read. The data is aggregated and never used for advertising. Our caching layer may set purely technical cookies. We do not run ad trackers and we do not sell data.

To reply to you, scope and deliver the work you asked about, and follow up on your inquiry. We don’t add you to marketing lists without asking, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for their marketing.

Form submissions arrive in our business mailbox and are held with our hosting provider. Both are reputable processors with their own security and privacy commitments.

Inquiries stay in the mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, typically the life of the project plus our accounting records. Server logs rotate on our host’s standard schedule. Ask us to delete anything sooner and we will.
